  my go-to it's-11pm-on-a-school-night-and-im-starving guilt stop.
  
  The area is not the safest at night but they are open 24 hours. 4 kiosks for ordering and relatively fast service. The staff do the best they could working at such a busy location, I salut them.
  
  This is a grab-and-go location. I don't recommend sitting down and enjoying a meal.

  This McD's is located at the north east intersection of Yonge and Charles.
  
  I've been to countless McDonald's restaurants in my lifetime and many of them I have actually reviewed because really no two are alike.  They may be similar but again, there are the little things that distinguish one over another if you look hard enough.
  
  My issue with this particular location is that it is without a doubt the most disgusting McD's I've ever had the experience of visiting.  I'm talking tables which garbage has simply been left and if it's not left on tables or where there's puddles of spilled drinks on tables there's garbage on the ground.  
  
  The layout makes it so there's practically on room to wait for orders and it's such a busy location but the untidiness is simply an absolute disgrace.
  
  I never bothered to take photos of how poorly maintained the dining area is because simply put I don't want to turn people off but I can say that I was completely shocked at the level of care that this restaurant has and how the management simply is neglecting the dining area.  
  
  It's times like these I'd wish a city inspector would walk in or somebody from McD's corporate because believe me when I say I've been to McD's from coast to coast in the USA and Canada and have never witnessed anything like this.
  
  Thankfully I took the food to go because there was no way I'd eat in here after that horrible experience of waiting for my order in the dining area just to grab a seat while the order was taking a while.

  The decor is decent, although not cleaned often enough when it's snowy and the ground is slippery. Lost 2 stars for me because they constantly (minimum 4 times) forget to give syrup for my hot cakes over uber eats -- a bit annoying. As good as a forgetful mcdonald's can be. Would not recommend this location for uber eats.

  worst experience i've ever had. this happened around september but i now have the time to leave a review. first off, the place was a mess, stuff was everywhere and it was filthy. i ordered a 10 pc nugget and a kids meal which isn't a huge order but they still managed to mess it up. i had to wait 35 minutes for my food which is absolutely ridiculous because it wasn't even that busy and there were about 8 people running the kitchen which is a lot! oh yeah, and everytime i would look at the workers they would be talking and laughing! after standing there for a while i asked about my order and the finally gave it to me. when i sat down at my table i realized they only have 9 nuggets, their ketchup machine was broken and they didn't give ketchup, my wrap was rubbery and hard, AND they gave me something i didn't even order! they gave me a random price of chicken, for god knows what reason. next time mcdonald's, hire people that can actually count to 10! jeez..

  Challenging location, poor design and jammed packed often.
  Staff moves pretty well.. Seating is tough.
